Chelsea star, Reuben Gabriel
complete Keshi’s 25 man list for
November 16 game in Calabar
Africa Cup of Nations title winning
duo of Kenneth Omeruo and Reuben Gabriel are
back in the Super Eagles squad for the final
qualifying match of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil
against the Walya Ibex of Ethiopia.

Complete Sports scooped in Abuja that Super
Eagles Head Coach Stephen Keshi has included the
duo in his 25-man list sent to the NFF for
invitation for the final duel with Ethiopia in Calabar
on November 16.

Omeruo has been out of the senior national since
he got injured in last June's Confederation Cup in
Brazil. The Chelsea FC of England defender only
recently returned to full fitness after under going
treatment with his London club.

The Flying Eagles graduate who shone like a
million star en-route Super Eagles winning the
AFCON in South Africa last February has received
commendations from Chelsea FC boss Jose
Mourinho since he resumed training with the first
team.

Reuben Gabriel, who has not played for the Super
Eagles since he sustained injury last June, also
made a sensational return to the team billed to
confront the Ethiopians who lost 2-1 to Nigeria in
the first leg of the World Cup qualifier.

The gangling Kilmanock FC of Scotland midfielder
has been doing well for his club and Coach Keshi
believes his presence in the team will fire up the
midfield potion, hence the decision to include him
in the team against Ethiopia.
